LokiCMS is a free and small content management system which does not require a MySQL database to work. If you are looking for a fast way to create and manage a website, you can use this CMS. It's great for free hosting which allows PHP but no free MySQL (which is good), like 110mb.com.
Installation is simple: just unzipped the zipped file which you can download from the official website. Then navigate to yoursite/LOKI_FOLDER/admin.php and fill in the required information (take note of the password since it is required to add and edit pages). (For 110mb.com users, I have prepared a detailed tutorial for you.)
The password, title, header, footnote, the default page, and the theme (skin) can be changed in config.php. The password is encrypted, so must use admin.php, but you cannot change the default page via the admin panel.
You must activate the page before it would be available to users.
Hi, great to see a tutorial about LokiCMS. I have a few comments, instead of admin.php you have to go to install.php to install it. Also you can change the default page in the admin by clicking on "No" under "Default" for the page you want to make the default one. Active pages are the ones you see in the menu but all the pages are available to users if they know the name.
