This would be a good venue to share tips and tricks on running forums considering the Philippine context, although my reason for looking for one right now is banning a certain steven21 who keeps on spamming at our EduPhil.org forums.
Apparently this guy is also present in other forums, e.g. Tubag Bohol.
The super admin password in PHP Fusion
